Who do we ask about?
TorneoPal handles information about tournament players, officials and referees.
Who do we ask from?
Persons themselves and team officials
What do we ask?
Name and date of birth if that is necessary for the specific age category. Team officials are asked for their email address and phone number. Referees are requested to provide more detailed information if that is necessary for referee fee payments.
Why do we ask?
Tournament organizer must register people who participate on their tournament.
Who do we teel?
Player names are usually displayed publicly on the tournament website. We do not publish contact information.
When do we forget?
Player roster are stored for archival purposes. Contact information is normally deleted after one year of the tournament’s ending.
How do we protect?
Only authorized personnel from the organizer are allowed to access the information.
