What is TorneoPal?
TorneoPal is a web based system that is used by tournament and league organisers to manage their events. All the work involved in running a tournament like taking registrations, creating groups, making the schedule, managing referee appointments and publishing results, can all be done from your TorneoPal account.
Is TorneoPal just software?
No, we work closely with our customers to help them make sure they have the best possible tournament set up. We have been doing this for over 10 years.
Excel works fine - why should I change?
If everything runs smoothly, Excel might work ok for you as the organiser, but the teams suffer by not having a proper results site to check their progress. Our customers would never go back to those horrible spreadseets!
My tournament is complicated, how will I set it up?
If you feel like you need some help building your tournament, we can do it for you.
Do you train new users?
Most new users get to know the system very quickly after watching a short explainer video, but yes we do offer some free training for those who need it.
How do I get my teams into the system?
If you’ve already got y0ur teams registered, you can easily copy and pate them in to TorneoPal, or if you have them in an Excel file, send them to us and we’ll add them for you 🙂
What happens if it rains and I need to change everything?
Late changes like this are totally unavoidable. That’s why we have built the system to make it easy for you to make those last-minute changes.
Do I need to build the results site?
Nope. As soon as you have started building your tournament all that information is automatically added to your own tournament results site. You can also personalise it. They are completely mobile friendly and we are very proud of them!
Can I add my own sponsors?
Yes absolutely! The results sites get a lot of traffic and are a great asset for you. Local businesses are increasing looking for digital advertising rather than just the old school tournament programme.
Can I try before signing up?
Sure, just get your free trial here, then we will build your account and then you can already start when you want.
